Terms and Conditions:

1. The following conditions apply exclusively to all our sales if they have been expressly or implicitly accepted by the consumer. Your contractual partner is  Company Kurt Gratt UID: ATU ...

2. The main characteristics of the booking can be found in the event description under  http://www.eoldtimer.at

3. The prices at the time of the order as shown in this webshop apply.

4. Payment: by PayPal, instant transfer or prepayment upon reservation. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Vienna.

5. Bookings are always binding. We need 48 hours to confirm your journey.

6. In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of 20% will be withheld from the payment made or the order total and will not be reimbursed. Cancellation fee: from 30 days before 20% - from 14 days before 50% - from 3 days before travel date 100%  the order amount. Short-term cancellations must be made in writing (by email to  eoltimer@outlook.com ).

7. Free cancellation: Due to weather conditions or other external incidents (demonstrations, quarantine of horses, accident on arrival, etc.), both parties can cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge, at short notice (but at least 4 hours before the booking date), by email to  eoldtimer@outlook.com  or can be arranged by telephone.

8. Changes: We commit ourselves to any deviations in your booking  Change of route due to construction sites, etc. to get in contact with them beforehand for clarification.

9. Waiting times: will be charged because the cars are ready after the given time and subsequent bookings have to be reorganized.
